Volunteer

    Come join our crew!  Here are some of the current needs:

• Drivers.  Can you help an immigrant get to school once each week, or to a particular appointment? 
• Lawyers.  Are you looking for pro-bono opportunities?  Would you be interested in learning about a newly-forming legal collaborative between ERICA and the Immigration Outreach Service Center (IOSC)?
• Interpreters.  If you can interpret between English and French?  Are you an early riser?  Can you accompany and interpret for an individual at an asylum interview appointment in Arlington, VA, on April 2?
• Employers.   Do you know someone who is hiring?
• English Teachers.  Would you want to teach ESL in small groups, getting to know a family and a new community?
• Advisers.  Do you have experience in the vocational/technical field?  Can you help new arrivals navigate the world of electrical, HVAC, land surveying, or plumbing?
